Quail  (Kada)-6 nos(800 gm ) 
Rice - 4 cup  (760-800 gm)
Onion -4 medium size (400 gm)
Tomato - 3 medium size  (300 gm)
Garlic -1/4 cup + 1 tbsp 
Ginger - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp 
Green Chilli - 5-7
Coriander leaves - 3/4 cup 
Mint leaves - 1/2 cup 
Yogurt - 2-3 tbsp 
Lemon juice -2 tbsp 
Biriyani Masala -2 tbsp 
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 +1/2  tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 tsp(opt ) 
Capsicum -1/2 cup 
Soy sauce -1tbsp 
Green Chilli sauce -1-2 tbsp 
Salt to taste 
For Quail fry 
Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp 
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp 
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp 
Corn Flour - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds powder - 1/2
Garam Masala - 
Ginger garlic paste 
Oil for frying 

For Biriyani Rice 
Rice -4cup (760-800 gm)
Hot water -7,1/2 cup
Oil /Dalda -3 tbsp 
Ghee - 4 -5 tbsp 
Cardamom - 3-4
Cloves - 3-4 
Cinnamon- 2 Small piece
Onion -1 tbsp 
Ginger Garlic green chilli paste -1 tbsp 
Carrot - 2 tbsp 
Fried onion 
Cashewnuts
