Chicken masala - 1/2 tsp (opt )
Kabsa masala - 1, 1/2 tsp ( opt )
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
For Soya fry ;

Coconut oil - 2 - 3 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 -2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Chicken masala - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger and garlic -2 tsp
Green chilli - 1-2
